1930's Chinese Pewter Brush Pot
£60.00Price
A Chinese hexagonal pewter brush pot, engraved with botanical studies and calligraphy, and finished with warm copper edging.
One inscription dates the piece to the nineteenth year of the Republic of China — 1930 — with an impressed, though rather stubbornly illegible, maker’s mark to the base.
A very good little desk object. Brushes optional.
