1960's Levantine Copper Canister with Bronze Finial
A mid-century copper canister from the Levant, finished with a small bronze finial and that slightly architectural profile you see in metalwork from the region in the 1960s. The patina has settled in nicely, softening the shine and giving the piece a lived-in depth without losing its clean lines.
We chose it for the mix of materials and that upright, almost sculptural silhouette. It’s functional, but it also works as a small accent on its own — the kind of piece that adds a bit of character without announcing where it comes from, just a quiet nod to the metalworking traditions of the eastern Mediterranean.
