Antique Tinned Copper Bowl
£85.00Price
A beautifully worn hand-hammered copper bowl, its original tinning gradually giving way to the warm copper beneath.
Likely dating from the late 19th or early 20th century, its form and construction suggest origins somewhere in Persia or the wider Ottoman world, although its exact history remains unknown.
The wonderfully mottled surface wasn't necessarily intended as decoration. Time has done most of that.
Condition: Excellent - normal wear for age and use
