A small Art Deco cigarette box in brass, with a barrel-shaped body, beautifully patterned surface and four little ball feet.
The hinged lid carries a rectangular cartouche that, rather wonderfully, was never engraved. So after nearly a century, it's still waiting for someone's initials.
Originally intended for cigarettes, although these days we'd suggest finding something considerably nicer to put in it.
Condition: Excellent - normal wear for age and use
