Indian Hand Forged Iron Cowbell

Once hung around the neck of cattle in rural India, this iron bell has long since retired from the fields. Handmade by folding and hammering sheet metal into shape, it’s heavy, weathered, and carries the marks of work.
 
The sound is softer than you’d expect — a warm, pleasing tone rather than a harsh clang. And now, away from its practical use, it feels almost sculptural: a simple, honest form with presence whether it’s hung on a wall or sitting on a shelf.
 
Condition: Excellent - normal patination for age
