Late 19th Century Bronze Industrial Ladles

Made for something considerably more serious than soup.

A late 19th / early 20th-century industrial ladle in heavy bronze, with a deep bowl and unusually long, hand-worked handle. Slight irregularities along its length and individually struck workshop markings give away its utilitarian manufacture.

Its exact purpose has been lost somewhere along the way. Which rather improves it.
