Mid 20th C Studio Pottery Bowl by John Bulford
Interesting little bowl this - as we've been able to confidently attribute it to British studio pottery John Bulford; with his known mark of JMB on the base.
There is however very little information on the artist himself, where he learned the craft or much more about him. As the style suggests, it's most likely 1960's of 70's, in the manner of other notable potters of the time.
We like a little sleeper like this, going under the radar but with the technique of masters.
