Most of the Nemadji pottery we find dates well back into the mid 20th century, some even a bit earlier from the 1920-1940's.
Made in Minnesota, the home state of 1/2 of Opto (Brian), each piece is completely unique. The unglazed surface is dipped into water, with either coloured slip or very thin paint floating on the surface. This is what would create the unique marbling affect.
