Quibor Venezuela Ceramic Vase
Picked up in Venezuela in the 1980s, this hand-crafted ceramic pot comes from Quíbor, a town in Lara state known for its rich pottery traditions. The design is inspired by pre-Columbian motifs—spirals, geometric forms, and natural earth tones—echoing the styles passed down through generations of local artisans.
Made from red clay with hand-painted detailing, it has that unmistakable Quíbor character: earthy, balanced, and quietly striking. The form is gently flattened with a narrow neck—more decorative than functional, though it holds its own just sitting on a shelf.
A lovely piece of Venezuelan folk heritage.
