A wonderfully strange studio pottery bottle, with a long, gently curved neck rising from a simple cylindrical body and ending in an extraordinary hand-modelled crown.
The surface moves from deep charcoal and rusty brown across the body to a smoother, almost metallic finish along the neck.
Unmarked, and its maker remains unknown.
Entirely impractical as a bottle. Considerably better as an object.
