A coiled iron snake, hand-forged and detailed with chisel marks along the body to mimic scales.
Likely made by a southern European blacksmith mid-20th century, when small decorative pieces were still shaped at the anvil.
It’s a simple but skilled bit of work — solid iron, finely balanced, and full of character in the making.
