RETURNS

Of course we welcome returns, however remember that many of our items are vintage or older and will have a bit of life experience!  Each post will contain descriptions and photos where anything above normal wear is present.

To be eligible for a return/refund, items must be sent back to us within 14 days of arrival, in the same condition you received it.  We must receive the item(s) within 14 days from that.

Any returns that are damaged may not be accepted and will not be refunded.

Returns are at the cost of the buyer, unless the product is faulty, or the wrong item has been delivered.  Please send your packaged products tracked and send the number to info@optoldn.com
